LAHORE – A shocking occurred in Lahore’s Valencia Town where Dr. Shahid Siddique, PTI leader and private hospital owner, was murdered outside a mosque after Friday prayers.
Dr Shahid was gunned down by an unidentified attacker who sprayed multiple bullets at him. Police report indicates that PTI local leader was targeted just after he had finished praying.
Lahore Police started investigating the motive behind the murder, and initial probe shows that it could be a targeted killing.

After the incident Punjab IGP Dr Usman Anwar took notice of the killing and called for immediate action to apprehend those responsible and has requested a comprehensive report from the DIG Operations on the incident.
