In response to the announcement of the general election schedule in Pakistan, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) swiftly took action, creating a buzz by organizing a ground breaking virtual meeting across 20 foreign countries, including Pakistan. The PTI’s social media organizer team spearheaded this initiative, drawing attention to key issues and rallying support for the upcoming elections.

During the virtual meeting, PTI leaders, both within Pakistan and abroad, united in condemning what they termed as undemocratic and brutal retaliation against PTI workers, officials, and candidates. The leaders, including prominent women within the party, passionately spoke out against the alleged false cases targeting their members.

PTI workers and officials received clear instructions to kickstart campaigns in their respective constituencies for the elections on 8 Farvi. The focus of the campaign is to raise a collective voice against perceived oppression and violations of human rights, particularly highlighting concerns related to the youth.

PTI central leader and a notable candidate from Constituency NA-50 Attock I, Zulfi Bukhari, addressed the virtual gathering, expressing congratulations to the overseas social media team for organizing a historic meeting. In his speech, he extended condolences to the families of journalist martyrs, including Zal Shah and Arshad Sharif, as well as Imran Riaz, Pirzada.
