Petrol Price in Pakistan lowered by Rs6.17 for August 2024; Check new rates

ISLAMABAD – The federal government has lowered prices of petrol and high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs6.17 and Rs10.86 for consumers, passing on relief for August 2024.

A notification shared by Finnace Division said Petrol price has been cut by Rs6.17 per liter and High Speed Diesel by Rs10.86 per liter.

Latest Petrol, Diesel Rates

The relief comes amid drop in international prices for petrol and diesel have fallen.This reduction comes after back to back relief to masses.

Consequently, the price of petrol has decreased to just over $90 per barrel from around $94 per barrel, while the price of HSD has dropped to $95 from $98 per barrel.
