Pakistan Democratic Movement spokesperson Hafiz Hamdullah on Thursday questioned why the institutions and judiciary were silent on the grave accusations levelled by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan.

“What Imran Khan says every day, if any one of us had said it one day, he would have been punished by now,” he said. “Imran Niazi has not given proof of any allegation till date. Why don’t institutions and courts ask for the proof? If the helplessness of the law in front of Imran Niazi is not NRO, what else is this?” he added.

“Imran has proved to be the biggest liar, but Articles 62 and 63 of the Constitution have not yet knocked on the door of the court,” he deplored. “The wealth of Tyrian’s father, not his life, is threatened.

He feels threatened in the cases of Toshakhana, foreign funding and marriage before iddat,” he added.
