Pasban-e-Hurriyat to start Kashmir solidarity campaign

Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir has announced to start the “Jammu and Kashmir Solidarity” campaign from the 1st February, 2024. According to Kashmir Media Service, Pasban-e-Hurriyat Jammu and Kashmir Chairman, Uzair Ahmed Ghazali, and other leaders addressing a press conference in Muzaffarabad, today, said rallies will be held in Muzaffarabad, Neelum Valley, Jhelum Valley and other areas till the Kashmir Solidarity Day, February 05. They said the campaign will be started from February 1 to express solidarity with the oppressed people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

The leaders maintained that marches will be conducted in various towns of Athmaqam, KundalShahi, Jura, Barian Bazar, Chilhana, Nussada, Devlian and Patehka in Neelam district. They said on February 3, a protest will be held in Chakothi, Chinari, Hattian Balan, Saran, Chathiyan and Ghari Dupatta.

The speakers said the people of AJK and Pakistan will not leave alone their brothers and sisters in IIOJK who are facing Indian atrocities. They added that in such a situation, every citizen of Azad Kashmir is a part of the movement for occupied Kashmir’s freedom from India.

The leaders also said India cannot change the status of the disputed Kashmir by military force, war crimes, illegal acts, the cruel actions of its Parliament and the politically-motivated and biased decisions of its judiciary.—INP
