Addressing a protest rally under PPP Karachi Division to reject for partition of Sindh, the party leaders said that they would not allow any city of Sindh to become a colony of Islamabad. The PPP leaders said those who talk about this are enemies of Pakistan, the dream of PTI and its allies to break Sindh will never be materialised, even today the politics and thinking of MQM is full of thinking of Altaf Hussain. They threaten that if the federal government did not abandon its policy, then the people of Sindh will turn to Islamabad and PPP will launch a big movement like MRD and as it did against Kalabagh Dam. PPP Sindh President Nisar Ahmad Khuhro, Karachi Division President and Minister for Education Saeed Ghani, PPP Karachi Secretary Javed Nagori addressed the protest. On the occasion, Sindh Secretary General Waqar Mehdi, Provincial Vice President Rashid Rabbani, Senator Taj Haider, Senator Noor Lal Dean, Lal Chand Akrani, MNA Dr. Shahida Rahm and others were also present. A large number of PPP workers from all districts of Karachi, led by district presidents and party leaders, reached the Karachi Press Club to participate in the protest. Strong slogans were chanted against the possible move of the BJP and slogans were chanted against partition of Sindh. Khuhro said that the protest across Sindh is a perfect answer for those who demand a new province in Sindh and dream of occupying Karachi. “Do not threaten the Prime Minister of Sindh. “If conspiracies against Mother Sindh are not stopped then Kalabagh Dam and MRD-style movement will be launched. He saidthat Karachi is Sindh and will not allow any city of Sindh to become a colony of Islamabad. Those who talk of partition of Sindh are enemies of Pakistan. Attack on Sindh is an attack on Pakistan and by attacking Sindh they want to break Pakistan. PTI and their allies want to break Sindh. Saeed Ghani while addressing said that some people of MQM have once again talked about a new province in Sindh, these people want to gain political advantage by spreading hatred, MQM has always practiced politics of hatred. Altaf Hussain’s mentality is also present in the MQM-P. “All the people and political parties living in this province are against the partition of Sindh.” He said that PPP workers have made great sacrifices for the peace of this city.
