RAWALPINDI – In the new Toshakhana reference against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi, a National Accountability Bureau (NAB) team arrived at Adiala Jail for investigation on Tuesday (today).
The NAB team continued its investigation with them for the third consecutive day today.
According to the jail sources, the NAB team, led by Deputy Director Mohsin Haroon, reached Adiala Jail.
The NAB team had also interrogated PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi for more than three hours on Monday.
In the new Toshakhana reference, the NAB team arrested Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi on July 13, after which Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Ali Warraich approved an eight-day physical remand for both suspects on July 14.
Previously, in the case of marriage during Iddat, District and Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka had suspended the sentences of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi and ordered their release from the jail.
