National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) on Friday has issued new standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marriage halls in the wake of preventing the spread of coronavirus.
According to details, the NCOC has allowed 300 guests inside the halls and 500 guests for outdoor function. The duration of the ceremonies has also been reduced to two hours. According to the latest figures by the NCOC, 661 persons have been tested positive for Covid-19 in 24 hours.
Sindh remains the worst-hit province by the pandemic in terms of cases followed by Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Islamabad.
