A three-member bench headed by Justice Umar Ata Bandial heard the petition of the PPP leader. Durrani also appeared before the court in person.
Rejecting his plea to surrender before the trial court, Justice Bandial said that he could not issue order the surrender before the trial court.
The court told Durrani that his bail guarantee application will be taken up after he surrenders to the NAB first.
The SC fixed the bail application of Agha Siraj Durrani for the next hearing.
Earlier, the NAB Regional Board gave go-ahead for an investigation against Sindh Assembly speaker over alleged embezzlement of funds in the MPA Hostel project.
