Deputy Commissioner Engineer Amjad Shoaib Tareen said that a master plan was being prepared for development of the city with the financial assistance of Rs 10 billion from Asian Development Bank by keeping in view the needs of next 30 years. Projects of sewerage, waste management, water supply, general bus stand, urban transport, construction and repairing of roads, parks and green belts would be made part of the master plan, Engineer Amjad Shoaib Tareen said while presiding over a meeting held here on Saturday for preparation of the plan. He said that all development projects would be started under the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation Muzaffargarh.
