Member National Assembly (MNA) and central leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Khawaja Muhammad Asif on Tuesday said that the Christian community had always been a quite important and vital part of the Pakistani nation and society since the emergence of the country in 1947.

While addressing a Christmas related gathering under the auspices of ex-Member Punjab Assembly Zulfiqar Ghauri in Mianapura MNA Khawaja Muhammad Asif further said that scores of the members of the Christian community had successfully proven their mettle in various spheres including, education, health, defense, business and politics etc.

and played their role for the progress of Pakistan.
