Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Caretaker Minister for Sports, Youth Affairs, Industry and Commerce, Matiullah Marwat has directed for early completion of remaining construction work of Arbab Niaz Cricket Stadium Peshawar, under the ongoing upgradation project. He also directed to expedite the same remaining completion work so that to make possible the upcoming PSL matches to play in the province.
He expressed these views on the occasion of visiting Arbab Niaz Stadium Peshawar to review the construction work of the historical cricket stadium’s upgradation project.
The caretaker minister during the visit, briefed by the concerned officials, regarding the upgradation project, it’s special features as per international standards and remaining work in this regard. The minister was told that in order to equip the same stadium by international requirement.
