The Embassy of Japan in Pakistan does not accept any visa application directly as the applicants are required to contact VFS Global / Gerry’s Visa for the process.
Documents Required for Japan Visit Visa
Before applying for the tourist visa, the applicant is required to collect the following documents:
Passport and copy of personal status page
Visa Application Form & one photograph with white background (4.5cm X 4.5cm)
Flight itinerary issued by travel agency or airline office
Itinerary with information on places you plan to visit and stay
Hotel Booking
Certificate of Employment / Letter from organization/institution where you belong which certifies a purpose of visit.
Business Profile ( Chamber / NTN / SECP )
Copy of bank statement for recent 3 months (if you are not paying for your trip, you must submit documents certifying the relationship between you and the one who pays for your trip as well)
Copy of Student Card (only if the applicant is still registered as college student）- A4 size
Copy of CNIC – A4 size
Family Registration Certificate (FRC),
Minimum Bank Statement for Single Entry Japan Visit Visa from Pakistan
For visa applicant, it is required to submit the bank statement for recent three months as an evidence of having funds.
Reports said the applicant must have minimum Rs1 million in the bank account at the time of submitting application for single entry visit visa.
If you are applying for multiple entry visit visa, the applicant must have minimum Rs2.5 million in the bank account.
