Musaliha International Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (MICADR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ADR Center Global, an international ADR center based in Rome with a presence around the world.

Under the MoU, the ADR Center Global agreed to not only partner with MICADR for international mediation referrals and joint mediations, allowing Pakistan based parties with disputes with international counterparts to appoint global mediators, but also to support MICADR’s efforts to institutionalize Alternative Dispute Resolution across Pakistan by providing expert advice and participating in policy dialogues with stakeholders in the government, judiciary and business community.

The MoU was signed by Justice Arif Hussain Khilji, former Judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and Managing Director of MICADR and Leonardo D’Urso, Co-Founder and CEO of ADR Center Global.

Alternative Dispute Resolution is a dispute resolution mechanism that offers cost and time-effective dispute resolution options to parties such as mediation, arbitration, conciliation and neutral evaluation.
