Master the transition

LIFE is a process which involves many stages. At times the setting of the life you have achieved after a great effort is also subject to change; there, you feel stuck; no matter if the change is so lucrative and fascinating to others.

It is not making any sense to you, and you may find these periods of life highly stressful and perhaps distressing.

We all have lots of investments in time, energy and emotions that have made us at peace, and we start enjoying the stage as if it will last forever.

We have achieved peace with the stage where we become so complacent and comfortable that accepting change is difficult and painful.

You may experience withdrawal symptoms like depression, headache, high/low bp, body pain, etc.

All this may result in low work productivity and unrest in relationships with your loved ones.

Finding ways to make this process a little easier is essential. Accept your emotions: Accept that every stage in life is subject to change, and we are in the constant process of evolution.

Every step demands your emotional investment to own the process and to make the moments extraordinary.

Without such personal efforts, you can not make your journey cherished in the future. It is ok to be sensitive and attached to some stage; however, it is equally important to let the stage pass and enter a new phase of the transition process.

Embrace the change: Change is the only constant. The easier it will be, the more warmly you will welcome the change.

Every stage in life comes to stay for some time, and being the host of that time, it is up to you to spend it the way you want to.

However, bold are the ones who dare to welcome the new stage with the hope that it will bring new ways to reinvest and make new stories of success to remember later in life.

Try something new: most of the time, you can not bring people or things you are attached to or are in love with in the next stage of this transition process.

They may not be in the same evolution process set; they will be with you if you matter to them; either they will keep visiting you at your new stage or will keep inviting you at their stage. ; therefore, trying something new is crucial.A new place brings new energy, and a new group of people brings new learnings.

Identify your power and try it uniquely. Always have hope that the coming days will be more beautiful than before.

You made the last stage worth living, so have faith you will make a new step worth celebrating.

Seek wisdom from others: when you know you are not the only person, but many have made successful stories while going through such transitional phases, you gain strength.

You find yourself surrounded by many experienced fellows. It is essential to listen to their struggle to make a smooth start in the new phase.

Try to give time to yourself to absorb and listen to what these people say. There are tiny signals and hints in everything coming your way, preparing you for the unseen in the future; you need to fix your antenna to catch those signals correctly.

Rewrite your life story: These stages in the transition process make you learn, unlearn and relearn.

Every scene gives you a chance to write your account. You cannot write a story to be cherished and one that you can share till you do not own the phase and invest in it emotionally, mentally and intellectually.

It is your life journey, so write a story that you create in your unique way. You may have failures, setbacks and rejections, but trust yourself.

You have tried your best and sailed through such difficult times very bravely. You are the hero of your life story, so treat yourself the same way and take pride in it.

Give yourself as many changes as possible to retry and start again. It is ok if you are not feeling energetic enough to start today; take a long breath, have some rest and start tomorrow.

Do not be in a hurry to begin without being confident and to end abruptly without taking responsibility for the damage it may cause to others around you.
