The Lahore High Court on Thursday rejected the Punjab government intra-court appeal against the issuance of a no-objection certificate to Ramzan Sugar Mills. A two-member bench headed by justice Chaudhary Muhammad Iqbal heard the case.
The government of Punjab had filed the intra-court in Lahore high court against the single bench decision. Earlier, the Lahore High Court ordered to issue no-objection certificate to Ramzan Sugar Mills. The case was heard by Justice Anwaar-ul-Haq Pannun on the petition filed against the excise department for not issuing NOC to Ramzan Sugar Mills.
