LAHORE – The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) continued operation against illegal constructions/commercial activities in the provincial metropolis.
On Tuesday, LDA teams demolished several buildings and sealed another over four dozens during operation in Johar Town, PIA Society and Gul Daman Society.
LDA Chief Town Planner-II Azhar Ali supervised the operation carried out with the help of enforcement teams, Police and heavy machinery.
As per the LDA officials, several notices were issued to the owners of these premises before carrying out the operation.
LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa has directed continuing indiscriminate operation against violation of bylaws and illegal commercial use in Lahore.
