Lahore Qalandars recovered from their loss to Peshawar Zalmi in style with a record win over Islamabad United to lock a first-place finish in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 8 table.
The defending champions are looking in imperious form ahead of the playoffs and their 119-run win at Pindi Cricket Stadium was another reminder that they remain the team to beat this season.
United, meanwhile, remains second on the table but will likely need to beat Zalmi in their last match to secure a top-two finish.
