According to details, the Islamabad Police’s LohiBher team arrested a four-member abduction gang, including two women, who had kidnapped a newborn baby girl. The arrested suspects are Muhammad Yar, ZahidaBibi, Asia Bibi, and Muhammad Yasir.
During preliminary investigations, ZahidaBibi confessed to planning the abduction out of fear of divorce from her husband.
She had given money in advance to the midwife, Asia Bibi, before the kidnapping.
The husband of the accused also filed a false application at the police station claiming to be the father of the girl, in an attempt to conceal the crime.
