KDFA hikes milk prices

The Karachi Dairy Farmers Association (DCFA) has announced that due to the huge increase in the cost of fodder, the prices of milk had to be increased.

It is to be noted that the milk is being sold in different parts of the city from Rs 220 to Rs 230 per liter, while the price of milk was fixed at Rs 180 per liter by the government.

On the other hand, the Dairy Cattle Farmers Association has said that the announcement regarding price hike has nothing to do with us Dairy Cattle Farmers Association.

After the announcement by a segment of dairy farmers, no reaction came from the administration.More to note that milk vendors in different parts of the metropolis have been charging arbitrary prices for the past several days.
