Senior Minister Karnel (R) Ubaid Ullah Baig, Finance Minister Javed Manwa , Deputy Speaker Javed Manwa , Tourism Minister Raja Nasir and spokesperson CM GB Imtiaz Ali on Sunday criticized PML-N MNA Javed Latif for his ‘Pakistan Khappay’ remarks in a joint press conference at Gilgit.
Senior Minister Karnel (R) Ubaid Ullah Baig, said No one can harm Pakistan. People who sit in Pakistan or outside Pakistan if they speak against the integrity of the country like Altaf Hussain will not be tolerated, adding that they should apologize for the remarks.
Javed Manwa said that it was a big crime to point out the divisiveness of the state.
The country condemns Javed Latif’s anti-national statement and will take legal action against him. It is ‘the height of madness and shamelessness’.
’For this [statement] they deserve punishment, not forgiveness,’ added Provincial Minister Raja Nasir
The words that Javed Latif has chosen against the integrity of the country are not only his but also a sign of his political party.
We strongly condemn it. Deputy Speaker Nazir Ahmed said it is not Jived Leif’s statement but also Nawaz Sharif’s statement, Miriam’s statement.
They tried to damage the structure of the country. We will never allow this to happen.
