Ameer Jamat-e-Islami Karachi Hafiz Naeem-ur-Rehman has called upon the men, women, and youth of Karachi to unite in the upcoming national and provincial assembly elections. He emphasized the need to prioritize Karachi and Pakistan’s progress by placing their trust only on the balance scale.
He urged voters to protect their votes and avoid division, asserting that votes should only be cast for Jamaat-e-Islami candidates, not landlords or political dynasties. Hafiz Naeem criticized the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), accusing them of being equally responsible for Karachi’s destruction and plundering its resources.
He urged the public to reject them with their voting power. He highlighted that supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are also supporters of Jamaat-e-Islami and encouraged them to place their election symbol on the balance scale.
Additionally, Jamaat-e-Islami has formed committees involving youth to resist any attempts to manipulate election results or reduce their votes and seats.
Rehman thanked the people of Karachi for their organized efforts and emphasized the importance of casting votes in large numbers on election day, just like in local elections, to establish Jamaat-e-Islami as Karachi’s largest and leading party.
Naeemur Rehman will cast his vote at 10:30 AM at polling station NA-250 in Ali Raza Imamiya School, near Rangers Hospital, North Nazimabad Block A, followed by visits to other election camps in his constituency NA-246 and other locations in the city.
