Jalal hails role of private educational institutions

Governor Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) Raja Jalal Hussain Maqpoon has hailed the role of private educational institutions for promotion of quality education in the province. He stated this while distributing assistance cheques among management of private educational institutions in Skardu on Monday.
Raja Jalal said that the GB government is focusing on development of education sector for which a handsome amount is being allocated through annual development program.
During his visit to Baltistan, a delegation from Shigar led by Raja Azam also called on Governor GB. The delegation apprised Raja Jalal Hussain Maqpoon about the issues faced by people of Baltistan and he assured them of taking solid steps to remove their grievances.—INP
