IUB tries hard to improve teaching, research standards

Vice Chancellor the Islamia University of Bahawalpur Prof. Dr. Naveed Akhtar has said that the University is striving to improve teaching and research standards achieving its unique position in the country in testing services. The Islamia University of Bahawalpur has been included in the 20 central testing and training centers of the country.

This is a great achievement of the Directorate of Information Technology paving the way for the University to excel in the field of IT at national level. The Vice Chancellor expressed these views during a meeting with Acting Director IT Aurangzeb. Director IT said in the briefing that the main centers of the National Freelance Training Program have been conducted under the supervision of the Ministry of Information Technology.

The inclusion of the Islamia University of Bahawalpur’s testing center in the country’s 20 National Freelance Training Program centers reflects the university’s commitment to innovation-based teaching and research.
