KARACHI – Gold rates in Pakistan saw drop on Saturday, aligning with a drop in international rates.
Data shared by All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA) shows price of yellow metal moving down by Rs700, and the new price hovering at Rs275,500. The cost of 10 grams of gold declined by Rs600, now priced at Rs236,197.

Saturday’s drop follows a rise on Friday, when bullion prices increased by Rs1,800 to settle at Rs276,200.
In the international market, gold was priced at $2,653 per ounce, with a $20 premium, marking a decrease of $7 for the day.
Silver prices remained stable, holding at Rs3,050 per tola. Last week, gold prices in Pakistan reached a record high of Rs277,000 per tola, highlighting the volatility in the market.
