Get Nadra ID card of children under 18 years [Fee and Process]

LAHORE – Juvenile card is an identity card issued by the National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) to children under the age of 18 years.

Like normal ID card for citizens, the chip-based card is distinguished from A-4 paper Child Registration Certificate (CRC) as it is an ‘entitled document’ with multiple facilities.

Child’s parents or blood relative holding a valid National Identity Card (NIC) is required to be physically present for providing the biometrics.

Where to Apply for ID Card of under 18 Children

Parents of Blood Relative are required to visit any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) across the country to apply for Juvenile card as the online facility for the document is not available.

Juvenile Card Delivery Time

There are three means in which a card can be delivered.

Normal – 31 days

Urgent – 23 days

Fast Track – 9 Days (Queue priority at NRCs for immediate processing)

Nadra Fee for ID Card Under 18 Children

The normal fee for Juvenile Card stands at Rs750 while urgent fee is Rs1,500. Similarly, the fee for fast track category stands at Rs2,500.
