Balochistan Chief Minister Jam Kamal Khan has said that directed the Gwadar Development Authority (GDA) for taking concrete steps for the development of tourism in the area. He issued the directives while the meeting of Governing Body of Gwadar Development Authority held in Quetta on Thursday.
During the meeting, matters related to the proposed budget of authority for the current fiscal year, Gwadar building regulations, town planning, ongoing development projects, the appointment of experts on a contract basis, and provision of medical insurance facility to the employees of the authority were reviewed.
Addressing the meeting, Jam Kamal said that better governance and policies would have positive impacts on the province. The chief minister directed to ensure quality construction of buildings and steps for promotion of tourism in the area.—INP
