The Government College University (GCU) has decided to set up Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat along with establishing the Mass Communication Department, Law campus and Girls Hostel in 2021.
The decision to set up a Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat in Government College University will be implemented by Vice Chancellor’s vision, the TV channel reported. The TV channel reported officers will be appointed in the Vice Chancellor Secretariat for academic, financial and administrative matters and the secretariat will implement the Vice Chancellor Vision 2021. GCU VC Dr Asghar Zaidi said Law College, Mass Communication Department and Girls Hostel will be built in the university in 2021 and the university will also appoint teachers to the Vice-Chancellor’s Secretariat.
Earlier, GCU Vice Chancellor Asghar Zaidi in a tweet said he met an old Ravian Chairman PTV Naeem Bokhari. He said: “Great delight to meet him, a fine gentleman; see him in action in the PTVC’s Board of Directors meeting.”
