The Vice-Chancellor of Government College University Lahore has suspended a teacher after female students filed a harassment complaint against him.
According to details, Vice-Chancellor Asghar Zaidi took action immediately against history teacher Saeed Butt after receiving the complaint. He also initiated an inquiry against Saeed Butt, against whom several complaints had already been received. The inquiry report against Saeed butt will be completed within two days and forwarded to the Anti-Harassment Committee. Earlier, there was a complaint against a physics teacher for harassing female students in GC University. VC Asghar Zaidi said such incidents are intolerable and the administration is trying its utmost to provide protection to the girl students, who must inform the administration of any such incident.
