KARACHI – Sindh Governor Kamra Tessori has announced a major benefit for people consuming up to 300 units per month.

The governor made the announcement in a statement on the eve of the Eidul Adha 2024 in Pakistan.

The announcement comes as people are facing higher prices of electricity in the country. Recently, the government announced a significant increase in the power tariff.

Who is Eligible for Free Solar System in karachi?

People who are living in rented houses in Karachi and using up to 300 units per month will be given free solar system to save them from higher power bills.

Tessori said that free solar systems will be provided to the people living in the rented houses in Karachi. The governor aid free laptops are also being provided to students to make them self-reliant.
