The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) foiled major terror bids, arrested four terrorists besides recovery of 375 kilogram explosives, safety fuses and detonators from two vehicles during separate actions on Friday.
According to details, the CTD Malakand Region along with other security forces stopped a suspected pickup at Mian Kale check in jurisdiction of Munda police station district Lower Dir. During search of vehicle, 375 kilogram explosives packed in 14 cartons and a plastic bag hidden under the hay was recovered and two terrorists Sher Nawab and Tajbar were arrested.—INP
