Due to the intervention of Federal Ombudsman, ex-controller of Radio Pakistan has received her pension and other dues within three days of lodging complaint. As per details, ex-Controller of Radio Pakistan Ms. Kausar Samreeen filed a complaint with the WMS six days before Eid ul Azha.
The matter was referred to the Director General of Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation (PBC) who took immediate action and resolved her case within three days. The Federal Ombudsman has appreciated the immediate action on the part of the DG, PBC in granting pension & other service dues to the lady complainant and giving increase in pension to other pensioners.
The lady complainant; has written a letter of thanks stating therein that due to intervention of Federal Ombudsman not only she but more than four thousands pensioners of Radio Pakistan have also received their pension as well as the increase in their pensions.
