A farewell ceremony was organized in the honor of IG Sultan Khawaja at the National Highways and Motorway South Zone DIG office. In which the senior officers appreciated the professional services and capabilities of Sultan Khawaja as IG. IG Sultan Khawaja directed the officers and jawans to uphold integrity and professional principles. Additional IG South Region Munir Ahmed Sheikh, DIG South Zone Muhammad Saleem, DIG West Zone Agha Tahir Alauddin and all the sector commanders including police officers participated in the farewell ceremony.
The speakers paid tribute to IG Sultan Khawaja for his professional services to the police, especially the Motorway Police. On this occasion, DIG South Zone Muhammad Saleem said that police services is a very difficult and challenging job and he said that IG Sultan Khawaja worked to raise the reputation and quality of the Motorway Police. Additional IG Munir Shaikh said on the occasion that Sultan Khawaja is a very honest and dutiful officer who has worked for the rule of law and public service for decades.
We are all gathered here to pay tribute to Sultan Khwaja for his services. Sultan Khawaja is an ideal officer for the police officers. IG Sultan Khawaja in his comments said that,” I appreciate the overall efforts of my team due to which they got the opportunity to work in a suitable environment.
It has been an honor to serve in the Motorway Police and these moments will be treasured throughout my life”. In his address, he further said, “It is a matter of honor to retire as an IG in the Motorway Police.” “Motorway police officers are my pride”.
“I have served in the best possible way as an IG and I will never forget the wonderful and precious moments “. In his address he said to the officers and employees, “Honesty is the hallmark of the Motorway Police, on which there will be no compromise at any cost.
