Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Sindh and former MNA Muhammad Hussain Mehnati said that the ideology of Pakistan is the guarantor of national integrity. Jamaat-e-Islami is the defender of the ideological and geographical borders of the country. Pakistan will remain forever.
In a statement Mehnati said that the country is going through a critical period. Instead of the politics of ego and gossip, the political leadership, including the ruling party, should maintain an atmosphere of decency and unity. Today, elections in Pakistan have been made a game of power and money.
He said that there is a need for electoral reforms and a positive and constructive role to be played for the survival and integrity of the country. So that sincere and honest representatives of the nation can be elected in the real sense.
Mehnati further said that the people should also choose an honest and sincere leadership instead of the traditional robbers, Tosha Khan thief, corrupt and incompetent leadership so that the dream of the establishment of an Islamic and prosperous Pakistan can be put to shame.
