Punjab Governor Muhammad Balighur Rehman has expressed the hope that PML (N) after completing the process of government formation at federal level will bring peace, prosperity and economic stability across the country
In an exclusive interview with our Radio Pakistan, Lahore Correspondent Sajjad Parvez, he emphasized that everyone should focus on living together peacefully while respecting each other’s opinion. He said that socio-economic development of the masses should be the ultimate goal of any society.
Muhammad Balighur Rehman said that unfortunately previous governments badly ignored the importance of education sector and especially after 2018, a large number of children started going out of schools and by 2022, Pakistan has become the country with the highest number of out-of-school children in the world. He said education should be the first focus of every government.
The Governor further said that similarly due to bad governance of past government, there has been a lot of mismanagement in the health sector which needs to be fixed. He urged the masses to change the culture of hatred into love and establish good relations among themselves.
Later, the Governor, Muhammad Balighur Rehman presented a book titled “Governor’s House Lahore” to Controller News, Radio Pakistan Lahore Sajjad Parvez which consists of rare pictures and write ups.
