ETPB records unprecedented revenue growth

The annual billing of Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB) has leapfrogged to Rs1118.185 million so far in the fiscal year 2020-21 under the chairmanship of Dr Amir Ahmed. It is to be noted that the ETPB annual billing was Rs783.622 million in the year 2019-20 and Rs464.436 million in the year 2018-19.
According to an ETPB spokesperson, a team has been formed under the supervision of Secretary Administration Rishna Fawad to strengthen the board financially, increase income from the property and improve recovery mechanism. He said that under the directives of ETPB Chairman Amir Ahmed, swift action has been initiated against defaulters and those who have occupied the trust’s property. He said that it was due to the sagacious policies of the chairman that the ETPB annual billing has witnessed unprecedented growth. He said that all steps taken by the chairman have no precedent in the past that’s why the board affairs have been improving on all fronts with each passing day.
