Pakistan Muslim League (PML) Central Vice President Chaudhry Imtiaz Ahmed Ranjha has said that the credit of unopposed election of Senate candidates in Punjab goes to Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.
In a statement issued here on Friday, he said that due to efforts and political vigilance of party chief Chaudhry Shujat Hussain and senior leader Chaudhry Pervez Elahi all Senate candidates from Punjab including Kamil Ali Agha was elected unopposed.
Imtiaz Ranjha said that political vigilance and far sightedness of Chaudhry Brothers has proved that politics of cordiality can have positive results and helpful to resolve issues placidly.
He said that the PML was thankful to leaders of all political parties for expressing confidence on Chaudhry brothers in the issue.—APP
