Dry weather expected in most parts of country

Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while hot in southern parts during the next twenty-four hours. However, dust raising and gusty winds are likely in south Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, central and southern Punjab and upper Sindh during afternoon.

Temperature of major cities recorded on Thursday. Islamabad twelve degree centigrade, Lahore nineteen, Karachi twenty-six, Peshawar sixteen, Quetta eleven, Gilgit and Murree nine and Muzafarabad thirteen degree centigrade.

According to weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thunderstorm during afternoon and evening is expected in Srinagar and Baramula, while partly cloudy weather in Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag and Shopian.
