The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project has successfully launched its first Digital Transfer Application in partnership with the Commissioner Multan and Director General Multan Development Authority (MDA) Maryam Khan. Prior to this development, land records were manually scanned and updated. However, with the advent of this application, the room for human error would be minimized and everything related to land records would be under one roof.

In her inaugural address, Commissioner Multan Maryam Khan lauded MDA’s partnership with PULSE as a major step towards speedy digitization of land records of Punjab, whereby people would not need to run from pillar to post for their land related issues now.

Furthermore, the Commissioner Multan, while appreciating the PULSE Project for its tireless efforts and dedication, directed all the Deputy Commissioners and Revenue Staff to ensure timely execution of activities undertaken by the PULSE Project such Stakeholder Engagement Workshops in order to provide maximum relief to the common man at the earliest.
