Waleed Aslam dominates National Deaf Cricket Championship 2024 with unmatched batting prowess

Flamboyant player Muhammad Waleed Aslam showcased exceptional skill in the 2024 National Deaf One-Day Championship, scoring a total of 186 runs in four games.

Waleed’s standout performance came in the final match, where he was awarded Best Player for his unbeaten 110 runs off 125 balls against a strong opponent.

The championship was held in Lahore, and Waleed is highly regarded as one of Pakistan’s top batters in deaf cricket.

Furthermore, under the leadership of captain Zaka Ahmed Qureshi, the Pakistani deaf cricket team emerged victorious in the Deaf International Cricket Council (DICC) T20 World Cup 2024. The tournament, held from March 6 to 12 at the Cricket Vision Centre in Sharjah, UAE, concluded with Pakistan defeating Sri Lanka by 88 runs in the final.
