District Health Authority Hafizabad has rehabilitated and decorated 15 Basic Health Units and 4 Rural Health Centres and provided necessary medicines, doctors and paramedical staff for ensuring provision of better health facilities to the masses at local level in the district.
This was stated by the Deputy Commissioner Hafizabad Muhammad Asif Raza while talking to journalists at Hafizabad, on Friday.
He said that provision of better health facilities to the people and promotion of quality education was top priority of the Punjab government and district administration was committed to ensue implementation on people friendly agenda of the Chief Secretary Punjab Kamran Ali Afzal and desire of the Punjab government.
He said that staff of all Municipal committees and local government was performing duty to ensure cleanliness of streets and roads of the district on daily basis.
He said that artificial inflation had been eradicated in great extent and special price magistrates were keeping vigilant eyes on markets and shops in the district.
He said that all officers of district administration were mobilized to provide maximum relief to the masses across the district and special crackdown was underway on violators of traffic rules, in this connection.
