DC terms media as bridge between govt, masses

Deputy Commissioner Shehak Baloch has said that media is considered as the fourth pillar of the state, however he has pointed out that a realistic and judicious approach is necessary to bring facts to limelight.
He stressed that the journalists should play a positive role in mitigating the sufferings of masses. Terming the media as a bridge between government and people he said, journalists enjoy a great importance as their role has now become a reality.
DC Shehak expressed these views during an introductory meeting with a delegation of journalists led by senior journalist Akhter Gul Mandokhail.
