CS sets 18 points public service agenda for welfare of masses

Under the people friendly and public service vision of Chief Minister of the Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, the Chief Secretary (CS) of the Punjab Kamran Ali Afzal has set 18 points public services agenda for welfare of masses whereas mostly problems identified in this 18 points agenda related to basic responsibilities of different government departments which could be addressed with nominal attention of officers and employees of concerned departments and it is prime duty of government officers to provide maximum relief to the people at their doorsteps.

These views were expressed by the Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Asif Raza while addressing a meeting of district heads of federal and provincial departments at district complex Hafizabad. DC Muhammad Asif Raza said that government officers and employees could restore confidence of people on present government and concerned departments as well as come up on expectations of the people to address grievances including traffic mess, encroachments, unauthorized constructions, cleanliness of sewerage system, streets.
