Presiding over a meeting of the Bird Hazard Control Committee, the Chief Secretary highlighted the critical importance of these measures in ensuring the safety of both airports and human lives.
During the meeting, it was decided to launch a mass awareness campaign to educate the public about the proper disposal of animal offal and waste during Eid-ul-Azha. The campaign aims to ensure that waste is disposed of at designated places, thereby reducing the attraction of birds near airports.
