The Anti-Terrorism Court adjourned the hearing on the bail application of Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza, Sanam Javed and others in the Jinnah House attack and arson case till June 19.
According to details, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ahmad Ijaz Batar heard the bail application of Khadija Shah, Alia Hamza Malik, Sanam Javed, Tayyaba Raja and Sabuhi Inam among others. The lawyers have completed the arguments on Khadija Shah and Sanam Javed’s bail application, the court has asked the lawyers of the other women for their arguments in the next hearing, the arrested women pleaded with the court that they were wrongly implicated in the case, released on bail.
The court remarked that the bail application of all the women would be decided together. Later, the court adjourned the hearing on the bail application of Khadija Shah Sanam Javed and other women till June 19. It should be noted that 9 women including Khadija Shah have filed bail applications, women have filed bail applications through lawyers, women are named in Jinnah House attack case number 96/23 police station Sarwar Road, Khadija Shah and Alia. 13 women including Hamza Malik are in jail on judicial remand. The women accused include 13 women including Khadija Shah, Maryam Mazari, Alia Hamza Malik, Sabuhi Inam, Taiba Raja, Sanam Javed, Huma Saeed, Mumtaz Bibi, Khalat Aziz, Aram Akmal, Ayesha Masood, Maha Masood, Khadija Nadeem.
