Sindh Information Minister Sharjeel Memon said on Wednesday the contempt of parliament was intolerable.

Addressing a press conference, Mr Memon took a swipe at Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, saying, “There is no political vendetta against Imran Khan. He is constantly lying in the foreign media. There is a contradiction in Imran Khan’s narrative.

He continued to school Mr Khan, saying, “Imran Khan has a PhD in lying. Imran Khan used his workers like tissue paper and then deposed them in no time.”

On Sunday, Mr Memon criticised Mr Khan, saying the incumbent government

will not allow the latter to escape from the country.

Addressing a press conference, Mr Memon alleged that the deposed premier

was in touch with “foreign lobby” to get the “NRO”. Taking a swipe at Mr Khan for forming a seven-member committee to negotiate with the government.
