Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Monday forecast cold and dry weather in various parts of the country during next 24 hours. Continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country whereas fog is likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab, MET office reported. Minimum temperature’s recorded in (°C): Leh -09, Skardu, ziarat -05, Gupis -04, Astore, Parachinar, Kalam and Anantnag -03.
The local Met office has forecast dry weather with chances of mist in the morning for the city and its suburbs during the next 24 hours.
On Monday, maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded as 27.3 degree centigrade and 11.2 degree centigrade respectively. The humidity was recorded 88 pc at 8 am and 36 per cent at 5 pm.—APP
