Mainly cold and dry weather is expected in most parts of the country, while very cold in upper parts and north Balochistan during next twelve hours. Dense fog and smog is likely to prevail in plain areas of Punjab.
Temperature of some major cities recorded this morning: Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta three degree centigrade, Lahore seven, Karachi seven-teen, Murree and Muzaffarabad zero and Gilgit minus four degree centigrade.
According to Met office forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Kashmir, very cold and partly cloudy weather is expected in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantang, Shopian and Baramula while cold/ foggy weather is likely in Jammu.
