CM Gandapur, Bushra Bibi arrive back in KP

ISLAMABAD – After start of operation against PTI protesters in Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur and PTI founder’s wife, Bushra Bibi, reportedly fled to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The sources said that CM Ali Amin Gandapur reached Khyber Pakhtunkhwa while unverified reports also confirmed Bushra Bibi’s arrival in the province, saying that both are safe.

When the operation against protesters began last night, Bushra Bibi and Ali Amin Gandapur were near Kulsoom Plaza in Islamabad’s Blue Area.

As the operation commenced, both fled the location.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi stated that the efforts are underway to detain Bushra Bibi and Ali Amin Gandapur.
