KARACHI – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted dry weather with gusty winds for Karachi, Hyderabad and parts of Sindh on Saturday night, Sunday and Monday.
As per the synoptic situation, a shallow westerly wave prevails over northern parts of Pakistan. A fresh westerly wave will likely enter Balochistan on Sunday night. It will likely grip the upper parts of the country on Monday.
Under these conditions, dry weather with gusty winds is likely in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh on Saturday night.
On Sunday and Monday, cloudy weather with gusty winds is expected in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh.
Karachi’s minimum temperature will likely remain between 14-16 degrees Celsius on Sunday and 15-17 C on Monday.
Hyderabad’s minimum temperature will likely remain between 14-16 C on Sunday and 15-17 C on Monday.
Meanwhile, dry weather prevailed in Karachi, Hyderabad and most parts of Sindh during the last 24 hours.
Mohenjo-Daro remained the coldest place in the province where temperature dropped to 04 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 20 per cent.
In Karachi, minimum temperature was recorded at 14 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 31 per cent.
In Hyderabad, minimum temperature was recorded at 14 C. Relative humidity during the evening was recorded at 17 per cent.
